What the Varchar?
One wonderful aspect of living in Silicon Valley is the abundance of beautiful vineyards and delicious wine. There are many great wineries just minutes away that are great for wine tasting while enjoying breath taking views of the city. The gifting of wine is definitely a ritual of sorts here in Northern California. When we go on a wine tour and discover a wine we really enjoy, we like to buy a couple of bottles: one to keep, and one to give away to our friends. We have friends that never visit without bringing a bottle for us and we gladly return the favor. I know many people enjoy doing this as well. This is why I am thrilled to share a fabulous, fun way to spice up the gifting of wine for any occasion.
Wine Wear Inc. has introduced these creative greeting cards that fit on a wine bottle. Here are a couple of examples:
As you can see, the greeting card slips over the neck of the bottle. The front has a themed saying and the back has a short note and a space to write "To" and "From".
Here is the one I received:
"Single and Ready to Mingle" and I already have someone in mind to give it to!
The Wine Bottle Wear designs vary from funny to flirty to heartfelt. They also offer holiday designs I think you will get a kick out of- as well as the person receiving the gift! One great fact about the pink "Live Laugh Love" design shown on the left, all proceeds go to cancer charity. See all the current designs HERE. (Many more unique designs will be available in May.) You won't want to miss the Wine Glass Wear (I love these!) and Wine Fashion Wear that give you even more options to make your gift a memorable one.
