Key Lime Cheesecake Bars by Plentiful Pantry is an easy solution to all of those issues! They are SUPER easy to make and taste just like a cheesecake from any desert shop. All it takes are 3 easy ingredients, cream cheese, butter and hot water to make this creamy NO BAKE cheesecake. The package comes with all the ingredients needed to make both the Oreo cookie type crust and the very creamy lime flavor filling. The only drawback I have to making it without baking is that I would have wanted a more crustier crust. I like to have a bit of a crunch when biting into a crust and making it without baking gives it a softer texture but doesn't take away from the cookie taste. I made these for our Easter festivities and got rave reviews from the family. Many said it reminded them of a Lemon Merengue but with a yummier crust. Check it out:
