If you are a mom like me, always feeling tired and stressed out, the easiest thing to blame are the kids. I could've and should've made better choices for the past four years but I had my hands full with babies and toddlers and felt like my life was a little out of control. My body took a beating after two c-sections and was never fully rested thanks to my luck of having children that refused to sleep through the night. The book is set up to really help get you motivated. I loved that the book contains worksheets that you can fill out as you go along. These are very helpful in sorting out your goals and simplifying your strategy. He speaks to all the moms out there by sharing a great, 2-day Alpine Cleansing Cure to help us get out flat bellies back. (YES!) I have taken the initiative and shopped for all the "metabolism boosting" ingredients that sadly have been missing from my cupboard. I also challenged myself to run for 30min, 3 times a week. I think I can do it!
