I know what it feels like to have your privacy invaded and be a victim of robbery. Luckily, I have never had my home successfully broken into (a story for another time) but I have had my car broken into multiple times. December is a Great Time to Start Running

I have been basically torturing myself with guilt the past year. My favorite excuses of having babies, being sleep deprived and not having time to exercise were becoming more difficult to use without feeling terrible. It really just took a little peer pressure from a friend of mine to convince me to get by butt up and start running again.
